Monee is a part of Sea Group, a leading global consumer internet company. Monee’s mission is to better the lives of individuals and businesses in our region with financial services through technology. Monee’s offerings include mobile wallet services, payment processing, credit offerings, and related digital financial services and products. These are available in seven markets across Southeast Asia and Taiwan under various brands, including ShopeePay, SPayLater, and other brands.

Job Description:
  • Conceptualizes, develops, and executes marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for achieving all job scope KPIs and targets
  • Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns
  • Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Social Media, Brand Marketing, Business Development, Design, and Operations
  • Reports to Marketing Campaigns Project Manager or Sub-Lead
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
  • Prior experience in Fintech, e-wallets, telco, eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Strong grasp on numbers
  • Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meets all deadlines
  • Displays ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
  • Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
  • Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
  • Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves
