Overview

Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines — Growth Campaign Specialist role.

Responsibilities
  • Independently lead execution of assigned campaign/s.
  • Coordinate with various teams on relevant requirements and timelines to secure deals and vouchers.
  • Ensure campaign is properly communicated across in-app and external channels.
  • Create, set up, and ensure standard quality of in-app assets: microsites, banners, push notifications, vouchers, deals, and other features.
  • Propose initiatives for optimizations of campaigns and internal processes.
  • Generate post-campaign reports and actionable insights for subsequent campaigns.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with an interest in e-Commerce; or
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a Marketing role, preferably in e-Commerce, telco, or FMCG
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Self-starter; Able to work quickly and pivot when necessary
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Strong ownership and passion in assigned tasks
  • Demonstrates they are a team player
