Marketing Manager at Anytime Fitness Asia - Corporate PH.Executing - Deliberative | Achiever | Relator | Restorative | Arranger What You’ll Need: 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or ticketing (preferably in Facilities Management) Proficiency in Orbit 4 or similar CAFM/CMMS platforms Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) for data tracking and reporting A keen eye for detail and a process-driven mindset Bonus points for experience in vendor SLA management, Power BI, or gym equipment maintenance Key Responsibilities Log and manage tickets from Orbit 4, email, phone, and club staff with complete details. Prioritize and assign tickets to the appropriate OFM/vendor; confirm vendor acceptance and ETA. Monitor and escape tickets at risk of breaching SLAs. Ensure all ticket data, attachments, and tags are accurate and standardized. Generate regular reports and dashboards on ticket volume, SLA compliance, and vendor performance. Maintain ticket templates, workflows, and triage rules in Orbit 4. Communicate updates to club staff and ensure timely closure. Support procurement routing and assess member feedback on key issues.
