Product Management Officer role at Security Bank Corporation As a Product Management Officer, you will assist the Treasury Product Head in managing and developing existing and new products to match market requirements and grow the bank’s Treasury product portfolio. The role covers foreign exchange, fixed income, money market instruments, derivatives, liquidity, hedging, and investment products, catering to corporate, institutional, wealth & non‑wealth retail clients as well as the bank’s proprietary risk‑taking activities. Close collaboration with Sales & Trading, ALM & Balance Sheet, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams is required to deliver competitive, customer‑centric solutions that drive profitability and market share. How you’ll contribute Assist in managing and reviewing existing Treasury products on a periodic basis, including amending manuals and procedures, verifying profitability reports from Fincon, and monitoring actual profit and loss performance. Assist in developing, structuring, and introducing new products requested by Sales and Trading to address market trends and client requirements, preparing manuals, procedures, and coordinating approvals for launch. Partner with Sales and the various Relationship segments (WBS, BBS, RBS, Wealth) to deliver tailored Treasury solutions and enhance client experience. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and macroeconomic factors to identify opportunities, and prepare marketing/sales pitches and training to support bank segments in selling Treasury products. Coordinate with regulators to ensure full compliance with BSP, SEC, and global treasury risk standards. Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time. What we’re looking for At least 3 years of work experience in a related industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Industrial, Computer Science/Information Technology. Knowledge of Treasury markets (foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives), product development and project management processes, and data processing/spreadsheet tools/analytics and business intelligence tools. Good oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with a diverse sales team covering various client segments (WBS, BBS, RBS) and support teams such as Compliance, IT, Risk Management, and Fincon.
