We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to support end users with technical issues via telephone, email, or web chat. Job Responsibilities Provide technical end‑user support via telephone, email, or web chat. Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end‑user problems. Respond to end‑user problems based on standard procedures. Accurately track incidents and calls in the database. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or vocational coursework in IT (plus). Minimum of two years of college completion or a Diploma/Certificate. Excellent oral and written English communication. Excellent customer service skills. Consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria. Willing and able to handle several calls a day when necessary. All‑round working knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Prior experience with software applications (e.g., Outlook) – plus. Prior BPO experience in Technical Support – plus. Familiarity with ticketing system – advantage. Willingness to work in different shifts. Work Setup All hires undergo 1–2 months of onsite training followed by temporary WFH, subject to business needs for full onsite return in the future.
