Overview Ruby on Rails Developer role at GoTeam. Remote | Night Shift (12:00 AM–9:00 AM PH Time). Role Summary Ruby on Rails Developer (₱150K–250K + Remote + FREE AI Certification) At GoTeam, you’ll build and enhance core software applications that power our global operations, contributing to our nation’s mark on the world by leveraging AI and delivering customer-centric solutions. Responsibilities Build new analytics and features for core software applications using Ruby on Rails. Identify and fix bugs; improve performance and scalability. Design robust, customer-centric software solutions that meet business requirements. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives). Conduct unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and stability. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues efficiently.
