5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Ensures and monitors the attainment of the daily/weekly work plan and progress Ensures the team's compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, process specifications, standardized templates, tools, and reporting formats. Resolves operational issues elevated by Division Officers, such as major audit violations, sales discrepancies, crew shortages, customer complaints, etc. Checks the timely deployment of the crew/OIC/Area Supervisor to avoid operational disruptions Monitors training execution effectiveness through post-training evaluation reports. Initiate store audits and investigations on any process deviation, operation abnormalities, and outline countermeasures to prevent recurrence Validates resolution of sales discrepancies and delayed remittances before closing reports Reviews the data analysis of store-level expenses and significant variances. Monitors the accuracy of inventory reconciliation reports and physical count checks Ensures requisition monitoring and supply flow recommendations are properly handled Identifies and prepares cost-saving opportunities based on the gathered data Conducts regular performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to strengthen functional skills Ensures reports and findings are communicated clearly to the right department for action Review the accuracy and completeness of data from Division Officers and consolidate the overall reports before endorsement to Management Analyzes and highlights operational risks, recurring issues, systemic weaknesses, manpower gaps, compliance trends, and opportunities to the Management Provides the Management with actionable recommendations for operational efficiency and profitability.
