What You’ll Do: Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure timely and efficient production of food and beverage products. Lead, motivate, and manage production teams to meet performance and safety goals. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain consistent product output. Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to optimize production schedules and workflows. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Track production metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements. Can control labor cost and cost of goods sold. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in any four-year course. With at least 2 years of experience in a production supervisor or similar role within the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, production processes, and equipment maintenance. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and departments. Willing to supervise every morning shift or night shift. Why Join Us?
