Overview

As a Carrier Relations Support Associate for the Sales team, your main responsibility is to manage and cultivate relationships with carrier partners. You will negotiate agreements and ensure smooth operations between the telecommunications company and its carrier partners. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of carrier agreements, billing details, and interconnection data to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

What Will Make You a Fit for This Role
  • Completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, office management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in carrier relations or partner management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Work experience as a sales support or admin support of at least one (1) year.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed broadband networks, infrastructure, and connectivity technologies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
