Job Description As a Scheduling, Recruitment, and Admin Specialist, you will coordinate client schedules, manage recruitment and onboarding of care professionals, and maintain operational compliance. Prepare schedules that account for travel time, holidays, training, and cancellations. Respond promptly to schedule changes and coordinate with relevant team members. Match Care Professionals to new clients with the client services team and arrange introductions. Ensure client schedules align with their preferences, maintaining consistency in assigned Care Professionals. Build strong relationships with clients and Care Professionals to ensure positive experiences. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels. Work with the Care Team to resource and schedule new and existing care packages promptly. Maintain accurate information in the electronic scheduling system. Perform other duties essential to successful business operations. Communicate and collaborate with the UK team via Microsoft Teams chat and video call. Recruitment Administrator Manage all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Proactively source candidates through advertising, social media, and community networks. Develop local recruitment pipelines and identify unique selling points to attract top candidates. Lead the initial screening process and coordinate face‑to‑face interviews. Maintain clear communication with candidates and ensure an engaging candidate experience. Manage onboarding processes, including eLearning, paperwork, and compliance documentation. Oversee DBS checks, references, right‑to‑work documents, and driver requirements. Maintain recruitment data accuracy using Smart Recruiters ATS. Other Duties Perform compliance duties, including auditing daily care logs and medication counts.
