Job Title: E-commerce & Digital Media Recruitment Specialist Employment Type: Full Time (PH Employment with Benefits, Upon Regularization) Job Description: How you'll make an impact You'll connect top-tier ecommerce talent with fast-growing U.S. brands by owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to endorsement. Your ability to deliver high-quality candidates quickly and consistently will build client trust and elevate our hiring success. Role Overview: AMZ-AllStars is a fast-growing, Great Place to Work-certified staffing company focused on helping high-growth ecommerce and Amazon brands build world-class remote teams. Were proud to grow primarily through inbound referrals and strong client relationships, built on trust and consistent quality. As an E-commerce & Digital Media Recruitment Specialist, you'll lead full-cycle hiring for U.S.-based ecommerce and Amazon brands. From sourcing to endorsement, you'll manage specialized roles like Brand Managers, PPC Experts, and Operations VAs. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless, high-quality recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Operations Manage full-cycle recruitment for ecommerce and Amazon-related roles (e.g. Brand Managers, PPC Specialists, VA Teams, etc.)Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive headhuntingConduct screening interviews and evaluate candidate alignment with client needsCraft clear, high-quality endorsements for client reviewCoordinate interviews and gather feedback from both sides Client & Candidate Management Partner with the Client Services team to align on hiring goals, timelines, and candidate profilesEnsure a high-quality candidate experience from start to finishRepresent AMZ-AllStars with professionalism and credibility to both clients and candidates Process & Quality Control Maintain accurate data in our ATS and internal trackersReview and improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and qualityUphold a consistent standard of excellence in all candidate endorsements Required Experience: Were looking for experienced recruiters with a background in e-commerce or digital media, as well as industry professionals who are passionate about transitioning into a career in recruitment. 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (staffing agency, RPO, or in-house)or hands-on experience in ecommerce, Amazon operations, or digital marketing with involvement in hiring or team buildingStrong track record in hiring for ecommerce, Amazon, or digital marketing rolesExcellent sourcing skills especially on LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communitiesPrior experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferredExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written)Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruitment toolsOrganized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills Schedule & Location Setup Hybrid Setup Training Schedule: First 2 Weeks @ Office (Makati) - 11am-8pm Regular Schedule: Tue-Thur at the Office (Makati); Mon & Fri Remote, 11am-8pmEvening Work (As Needed): This role will require some amount of evening work to accommodate employee endorsements, hand-offs, and timely replies, as we work with US clients.
