Product Specialist

Responsibilities Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions. Assist in product launches, provide product demonstrations, and support sales teams. Demonstrate different types of lubricants to customers. Coordinate with Marketing staff for demo schedules. Support sales teams with product knowledge and demonstrations. Develop and deliver product training sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product enhancements. Gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is required. High school graduates are also welcome. Experience Level: Candidates should have less than 1 year of experience in product support or a similar role. Merchandiser experience is a PLUS factor. Skills and Competencies: Organized, excellent communication skills, marketing acumen, product demonstration abilities, and technical expertise. Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for demonstrations. Qualities and Traits: Cheerful demeanor, self-motivated, and a team player. Travel / Appearance: Willing to travel and attend construction exhibits in the future. No visible tattoo.
