Title: Finance Officer (New Business) The Finance Officer for new business will play a crucial role in the analysis and reporting of the company's financial performance, conducting variance analysis, standard costing, transfer pricing, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities Reviews events contributing to overall business profitability. Prepares monthly profit and loss statements per SKU for profitability management. Collaborates with assigned brands' commissary operations. Works with logistics, store operations, and R&D for system setups and resolutions. Aligns with the Director on monthly closing and outlook approach; prepares and revises monthly outlooks. Leads budgets, outlook/forecast preparation, and report variances. Ensures timely and accurate financial reports, including outlook and monthly PNL. Assists in decision-making for key projects, prepares scenario analysis, and ensures system data integrity. Participates in weekly operations meetings and provides bi-monthly updates on the brand's financial health. Assists the Director with various tasks as needed. Job Qualifications A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent courses. With at least three (3) years of work experience in product cost accounting or cost management, financial planning, and reporting, and business partnering. With at least three (3) years of work experience in production or inventory planning operations, preferably in a food manufacturing industry. Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a natural curiosity to explore new ideas, processes, and technologies. Preferably, with experience in financial modeling (simulation and forecast) and Anaplan. Possess good communication skills, both oral and written, as well as presentation skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, attentive to details, and able to think outside the box. Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Laguna or Pasig.
