Overview

We are hiring a full time Executive Assistant role in Taguig, NCR. The ideal candidate must possess a blend of technical skills, soft skills, and personality traits. A highly organized person, excellent communicators, and adept at managing time and technology; must be adaptable, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing to build rapport and effectively support the executive.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, matured individual to deliver strategic administrative support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate excels in communication, anticipates needs, and handles confidential information with utmost professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative and logistical support to the Executive. Assisting with special projects, organizing meetings and taking minutes.
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Answering phone calls in polite and professional manner, filtering emails, and managing correspondence. Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Handling basic office tasks and ensuring a smooth-running office environment.
  • Maintain and monitor action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion. Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and contact lists with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepares and distributes documents such as presentation, reports and memo
Qualifications
  • A graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Business Administration, or other related courses.
  • Background in executive assistant is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Office, Excel) and Presentation Skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Must be a team player.
