Job Responsibilities Quotation Processing Responsible for processing daily quotation requests, input of specifications to the database, daily update and monitoring of status to ensure on-time processing as per client and internal requests. Communicate with various teams in resolving issues to ensure efficient and expeditious processing. Responsible for creation and preparation of all related processing duties like review of client specifications (commercial and technical), drawing review and electronic copy management, weight calculations, identification of machining requirements, prepare base quote and written quote, quotation clarifications, etc. Responsible for quotation data management using different cloud-based applications, manage different modules in relation to quotation processing. Accomplish related tasks to complete the process and other ad-hoc as assigned. Sales Order Processing Responsible for processing daily sales order requests, input of specifications, purchase order to the database, daily update and monitoring of status to ensure on-time processing as per client and internal requests. Communicate with various teams in resolving issues to ensure efficient and expeditious processing. Responsible for creation and preparation of all related processing duties like review of client PO and quote specifications (commercial and technical), drawing review and electronic copy management, preparation of related forms, PO analysis, finalization of foundry PO data specifications, Order Acknowledgement, sales order clarifications, etc. Responsible for data management using different cloud-based applications, manage different modules in relation to sales order processing. Accomplish related tasks to complete the process and other ad-hoc as assigned. Requirements A degree holder of Mechanical Engineering is an advantage, or must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field of engineering. Experience in any form of steel rolling mill is an advantage. At least with 2 years of working experience. Knowledge in basic mechanical drawing interpretation and CAD software is an advantage. Experience in quote and order processing, or operation is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Good English communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment. A good team player, can work with minimum supervision.
