Job Description Ensure the efficient operation of the hotel property, all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services, and protect the Owner's asset, while assisting the chief engineer in planning and preparing building needs. Assist with monthly or periodic inspections of building systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, structural, vertical transportation, roofs, parapets, gutters and leaders, parking area, drainage, ramps, and approaches, irrigation, Fire/Life Safety, Water treatment, UPS and PDU systems, EPG operation, BMS, HVAC controls, and Plumbing Systems. Assist the Chief Engineer, Property or Facilities Manager in handling service requests, evaluating them, and dispatching appropriate staff and contractors. Determine security requirements necessary to protect the hotel property, employees, guests and patrons from theft, crime, and other hazards, and/or manage the relationship with a third‑party security firm. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. A team player & builder. A motivator & self‑starter.
