Overview
The Outside Recruitment Assistant is responsible for representing the company at job fairs, community events, and other external recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates. This role manages the end-to-end hiring process — from sourcing applicants to onboarding — ensuring timely placement of talent that meets company needs.
Responsibilities- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other hiring initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local government units (LGUs), schools, PESO offices, and other recruitment partners.
- Promote job openings, answer applicant inquiries, and assist in on-site applications during events.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and skills assessments of potential candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including:
- Posting job ads on various platforms.
- Shortlisting and endorsing qualified candidates.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Coordinating pre-employment requirements.
- Assisting with job offers and onboarding.
- Maintain applicant records and recruitment reports.
- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.
- Uphold company values and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
- Must be willing to work in Aseana, Parañaque City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Can start ASAP
- 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel to job fair locations
- Experienced in mass hiring for the food industry or salon and spa
- Familiar with PESO programs and DOLE job fair guidelines
- Experience with job fairs, campus hiring, or community recruitment
- Handles end-to-end recruitment process
