Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with payroll experience using Paylocity to join our team and contribute to accurate financial reporting and efficient payroll processing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process payroll using Paylocity , ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain payroll records, tax reports, and related accounting documentation.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Perform reconciliations of payroll-related accounts.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements as needed.
  • Handle additional accounting duties such as journal entries, expense tracking, and account reconciliations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in payroll processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Paylocity is required.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
