Overview The IT Business Analyst serves as a vital link between a company’s IT capabilities and its business objectives. This role is primarily focused on analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems to meet the organization's needs. An IT Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders from various departments, gathering and documenting requirements, developing system specifications, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent Ability to communicate information effectively with others, to quickly grasp the main points and quickly coordinate resources Strong elicitation and collaboration skills to influence outcomes and manage expectations as well as issues Experience in facilitating inception workshops and identifying business process needs involving multiple stakeholders Experience in working in a cross functional environment to source information, interact with diverse groups, and facilitate in delivering positive outcomes Demonstrate openness to new ideas as well as willingness to learn with the desire to make a difference Business knowledge and process design skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles Excellent oral and written communications skills in English with Mandarin is a plus Familiar with ERP systems Familiar with HR systems is a plus Background in Telecommunications industry is a plus Responsibilities Undertake the needs and problems of business departments, and convert business requirements into development requirements Responsible for organizing the test confirmation and user training of business department users Create high level process definition documents and related artifacts as output of a Business Process Review Analyze, plan, and manage business and/or operational demand from different functions Facilitate and negotiate process review discussions with key stakeholders Responsible for defining and optimizing demand mgmt. processes and priority criteria Able to define key goals and "future" status, determine success factors, and understand the constraints, challenges and risks of each need Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct Business Process review and lay out recommended future state landscapes Work with other project team members to gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and the impact on the roles and the organizations affected Support the process design delivery for business reviews conducted and walk-throughs to communicate process changes and validate the proposed solutions Provide regular status reporting for multiple stakeholders Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology and Project Management Industries Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
