Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world Material Team Leader (Onsite) Location: Beta Site, Philippines Reporting to: Operations Manager A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE Team Leader will have Material Executive and Material Coordinators to handle. Responsible in handling day-to-day performance of the team. Need to work closely with the Operations Manager and will be providing feedback on daily performance and make recommendations for improved performance. Motivate staff to meet and/or exceed productivity target without affecting the quality of delivery. Manage performance of all staff through weekly coaching and monthly performance review. Manage attrition by ensuring proper and constant guidance and development of every staff in the team. Maintain team’s growth and progress by consistently monitoring performance, reinforcing quality, acknowledging strengths and addressing areas of opportunities. Ensure individual and team's adherence to the policies and procedures of the program and of the company; sanctions are applied for non-adherence. a Bit About You Bachelor’s Degree graduate. Professional experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment. Must be a strong and clear communicator. Need to be hands on leader and motivator that drives results. Cognitive and critical thinker Strong work-ethic and a positive attitude along with a desire to build a top performing team. Accuracy and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations Excellent professional communication skills required, both verbal and written Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner Ability to switch gears and frequently reprioritize while keeping a calm and controlled demeanor Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency Results driven and highly organized Full-time position What Success Looks Like High customer / client satisfaction Excellent feedback from customers / clients Achievement of KPIs High performing team and team members Acquire Intelligence is a business outsourcer with a vision to connect organizations to skilled people globally.
