About the Role Join our Service Solutions and Quality Control team as a Service Quality Assurance Analyst. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build expertise in software quality assurance and testing within a dynamic IT environment. Key Responsibilities Develop test scripts aligned with system functionalities and business requirements. Perform acceptance testing and ensure defined metrics are achieved. Report defects, errors, or issues encountered and track their resolution. Provide timely responses to system/process inquiries or clarifications within the warranty period; conduct walkthroughs as needed. Ensure compliance with testing standards and recommend process improvements. Test Management (Planning, Analysis, and Execution) Technical Writing Software Quality Assurance and Control Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Foundational experience or training in: Project Management OSS/BSS/Platforms Test Management Data Analysis ITIL/ITSM Framework Effective Business Communication Willingness to take and pass the HR Assessment Matrix test. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork. Who Will Thrive in This Role?
