Your role As a Customer Support Associate, your job scope includes the following: Follow Worldwide Sporting events. Attend to all Sports analysis platform-related inquiries. Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries through emails or any of the company portals Coordinate with different departments on inquiries and concerns about the Sports analysis platform. Provides necessary updates and reports on service deliveries for clients. About you To apply, you must have the following qualifications & skills: Customer Service experience handling US-based accounts is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent English communication skills both oral and written. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be good in the composition of business emails. Can work under pressure. Proactive and responsive. Organized and detail oriented. Able to multitask efficiently. Can quickly grasp new concepts. Being Acquainted with worldwide sports is an advantage. Proficient in using computer operations (internet and commonly used software applications). Can work on a flexible work schedule and during weekends and public holidays. Amenable to work onsite.
