Job Description

  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to maximize loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Lead the development of customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Design and execute programs that strengthen brand loyalty and satisfaction
  • Manage relationships across customer touchpoints, ensuring consistent, quality service
  • Analyze feedback and consumer behavior to drive actionable insights
  • Work cross-functionally to embed a customer-first mindset across the business

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Candidates with experience in retail or healthcare in customer-facing roles who understand the dynamics of consumer behavior and loyalty programs.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Strategic yet hands-on: willing to build from scratch and lead by doing.
  • Experience developing loyalty or CRM programs is a plus.
