Sales, Social Media & Admin Secretary Lux Film Southwoods – Biñan, Laguna About the Role Lux Film Southwoods is looking for a Sales, Social Media & Admin Secretary to join our premium automotive protection team in Biñan, Laguna. In this role, you’ll assist customers both in-store and online, handle administrative and secretarial tasks, and manage our social media presence. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while helping grow our sales and brand visibility. Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Assist customers in-store and online with inquiries, quotations, and bookings Prepare and organize sales proposals, invoices, and client records Coordinate with the installation and operations team for service schedules Support lead generation, follow-ups, and sales reporting Social Media Management Manage and update Lux Film Southwoods’ Facebook and Instagram pages Create and schedule engaging posts featuring our tint, coating, and PPF services Respond promptly and professionally to messages and comments Collaborate with management on ad campaigns and content strategies Administrative & Secretarial Duties Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling Maintain organized digital and physical records of clients and inventory Prepare simple reports and assist in daily operations documentation Support management with office coordination and correspondence Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in sales, admin, or social media management (automotive/lifestyle industry a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva or Meta tools is an advantage Reliable, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities Friendly, professional, and eager to learn What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Career growth and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Paid time off and work-life balance initiatives Opportunity to work with a premium car protection brand About Lux Film Southwoods Lux Film Southwoods is a premium automotive protection studio specializing in ceramic window tints, graphene coatings, and paint protection film (PPF) .
