We are looking to hire two passionate and experienced Key Account Managers to join our team, focusing on managing and growing key accounts in the Philippine market. As a Key Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive business growth in the local market, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. You will work closely with management and clients to develop and execute strategic plans that help our clients achieve their objectives while driving sustainable revenue for the company. Responsibilities Manage key accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely responses to client needs and resolving issues effectively. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication. Understand client requirements in-depth and offer tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to provide business improvement suggestions. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of projects and resolve any client concerns or challenges. Negotiate contracts and pricing adjustments to maximize company profitability. Prepare regular reports to track key account sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate in the development of marketing and sales strategies to drive new client acquisition. With experience in managing or operating social media apps or related live streaming/voice chat/1v1/gaming app is a plus (e.g., live, sugo, voyasiyachametpopup). Customer‑centric mindset, capable of offering innovative solutions to meet client needs. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of client organization.
