With a focus on strategic marketing objectives, you’ll oversee project execution, maintain transparent communication, and prudently manage budgets, all while fostering strong relationships to drive success. Responsibilities Acting as the first and main point of contact for a group of stakeholders. Assisting in managing a portfolio of high-maintenance projects for major groups of stakeholders identified to achieve the overall marketing objectives of the agency. Working closely with other departments within the organization that are in need of marketing support, providing them appropriate attention and approach. Assisting in the completion of marketing projects and ensuring plans run from start to finish in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Ensuring all work for stakeholders is appropriate, well-defined, well-explained, properly paced, filed as a case, and within the group’s scope. Collaborating with the Strategic Planning (Strategy & Insights), Editorial, Creatives and PR teams within Integrated Marketing to produce and execute marketing projects. Assisting in handling communications with stakeholders both inside and outside Integrated Marketing and ensuring transparency of communications at each step. Assisting in managing calendars of all marketing activities. Assisting in monitoring and reviewing budgets and spending, exercising prudence over available resources. Relationship Management Establishing and maintaining good rapport with the stakeholders you manage. Working closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and align communications. Partnering with leaders of Strategy & Insights, Editorial, Creatives, and PR to successfully implement and deliver all identified marketing programs. Owning the various aspects of conflict, accountability, and crisis management within the group and with stakeholders. Qualifications Open to fresh graduates or individuals with prior experience in relationship-building, strategic planning, or leadership – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued. A strong lifestyle and technology experience is a definite advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Empathy, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage tight timelines. In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and how to leverage them effectively.
