Overview

We are hiring call center agents for multiple roles across Pasig, Ortigas, and surrounding areas. Positions include Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for local and social media accounts, and a Customer Service Team Lead. Applications are open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates as indicated per role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients to understand concerns and facilitate the appropriate service or sale according to client needs.
  • Provide high quality customer service and achieve customer satisfaction in each interaction.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot when required, and coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, branches) to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Log interactions in the CRM and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Lead or support teams to achieve performance metrics as applicable for CSR or Team Lead roles.
Qualifications
  • Must have 1 year BPO/call center experience for certain CSR roles; other roles may require HS/SHS/college level with relevant experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills; other roles may require Filipino language skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite, with some roles requiring remote work or a hybrid arrangement.
  • Must be at least 18 years old for specific postings; educational requirements vary by role (HS, SHS, or Bachelor's preferred).
  • Availability to work various shifts, including day, night, and rotating shifts.
  • Resident of or willing to relocate to specified locations (e.g., Pasig City, Ortigas, Manila area) as noted per job.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary ranges vary by role (example: up to Php42,000 per month for some CSR/social media roles; other postings show Php13,000–Php28,000+ with structure including 13th month, bonuses, and overtime).

Schedule and Location
  • Typical schedules include 8-hour shifts, day shifts, night shifts, and rotating shifts depending on role.
