FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA BORACAY Scope and Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  2. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers.
  3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  4. Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures.
  5. Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages and food served at the bar.
  6. Manage and maintain the bar's financial records, including cash handling, budgeting, and reporting.
  7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and sales.
  8. Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff and event planners to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the bar's offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
  10. Establish and communicate customer service objectives that support Crimson's Mission and Vision.
  11. Monitor customer service levels and counsel employees on alternative methods of responding to customer requests.
  12. Ensure employees receive the necessary training to provide "Only the BEST for our Guests" service.
  13. Assess customer satisfaction by reviewing comment cards and engaging with customers regularly.
  14. Provide staff with skills training to enable them to deliver value-added service to customers.
  15. Perform other duties as required to uphold the "Only the BEST for our Guests" service and teamwork standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  2. Certification in Food and Beverage Management or Bartending is advantageous.
  3. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  4. Proven experience in managing bar operations, beverage inventory, and team supervision.
  5. Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixology, and current beverage trends.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Able to work at Crimson Resort and Spa - Boracay.
