Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties as assigned by the Project Director.
  • Prepare technical and project-related presentation documents using Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit technical submittals, RFIs, and method statements for consultant/client approval.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM), Project Engineers (PE), Site Engineers (SE), and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance and progress tracking.
  • Maintain and organize all relevant project documentation including drawings, technical reports, and official correspondence.
  • Assist in work schedule preparation, quantity take-offs, and material requisitions.
  • Monitor project execution and report any technical issues, deviations, or risks.
  • Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Attend and contribute to technical meetings, providing support and documentation as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering project support roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and other engineering/project software tools.
  • Knowledgeable with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
