Oversees the procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies and services, as well as managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) and project-related procurement activities. This role involves strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement across various areas like maintenance, operations, and capital projects. Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning Developing and implementing procurement strategies for MRO and projects, aligning with the company's overall objectives. Supplier Management Identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong supplier relationships. Cost Optimization Analyzing market trends, negotiating prices, and identifying cost-saving opportunities in both MRO and CAPEX procurement. Project Procurement Managing procurement activities for capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets. Inventory Management Maintaining optimal inventory levels for MRO materials, preventing production delays and minimizing storage costs. Compliance Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies related to procurement. Data Analysis and Reporting Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing procurement data, and providing reports to stakeholders. Team Leadership Supervising procurement staff, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring effective team performance. Qualifications Required with engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural) background. Experienced in MRO & Projects Procurement in manufacturing company.
