Travel Specialist - GDS Expert | Mandaluyong

Are you passionate about exploring the world and helping others do the same? We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Travel Consultant to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the expert travelers rely on, delivering top-notch support via chat, email, and voice—all around the clock in our 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality travel support via chat, email, and voice in a 24/7 operation.
  • Assist travelers with bookings, changes, and inquiries using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) tools.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A high school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience with any GDS tools like Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, and Galileo
  • A genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work on rotating schedules
  • Willingness to work on-site at SHAW, MANDALUYONG CITY
  • Ready to start immediately
