Key Responsibilities: Asset Management & Accounting Review, monitor, and record all company assets. Ensure correct accounting treatment (capitalization vs. expense). Maintain depreciation schedules and prepare related journal entries. Oversee building improvements, renovations, and asset disposals. Update and tag listings for hospital-wide assets Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Oversight Conduct performance reviews of CAPEX. Monitor CAPEX purchases against approved budgets. Compliance & Ethical Practices Apply ethical reasoning in decision‑making. Support annual external audits in coordination with auditors. Ensure confidentiality of company information. Health, Safety & Environmental Standards Follow infection control protocols and isolation precautions. Use protective barriers as needed. Observe proper waste segregation and disposal procedures.
