The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well-defined, understood, and implemented effectively. This role requires excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly between stakeholders, developers, and project managers. Responsibilities Conduct requirements gathering through meetings, interviews, and document analysis. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Create and maintain process flowcharts, user stories, and documentation. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment. Assist in preparing use cases, acceptance criteria, and testing documentation. Analyze current business processes and recommend areas for improvement. Support project coordination, reports, and sprint tracking under Agile methodology. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, documentation, or project coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiar with tools such as JIRA , Trello , Lucidchart , or MS Visio . Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks . Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Ability to multitask and work effectively in remote, collaborative environments.
