A core responsibility of this role is to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . This means documenting a clear, step-by-step guide for recurring tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating these SOPs as procedures evolve, ensuring the documentation always reflects the most current and effective methods. What You\'ll Do Outbound Cold Calling. Appointment Setting. Real Estate Lead Generation. Inputting all call notes into CRM. What We\'re Looking For (Required Skills/Experience) Understanding of cold calling strategies and best practices. Basic understanding of US real estate terminology and concepts.
