Your responsibilities will include vendor transition, code audits, team building, and new feature delivery. You will build a lean, high-performance technology organization capable of delivering complex, AI-driven features within tight timelines. Manage the complete codebase handover process and establish internal CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure. Design modular backend (NodeJS) and frontend (ReactJS) architectures for scalability and reliability. Drive the development of AI-based targeting, profiling, and recruiter automation features. Collaborate closely with product management and UX teams to prioritize features and ensure an exceptional user experience. Build, mentor, and retain a small, high-performing engineering team. Qualifications 7–12 years of experience in product engineering, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or community-based platforms. Proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB, and ReactJS . Proven hands-on experience working with or developing Kyrios and/or Sermo platforms . Deep understanding of API security, data structures, system scaling, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Proven experience leading teams of 5–10 members in early-stage or fast-paced environments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. Hands‑on coding ability is mandatory. Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering). Preferred Background in startup or scale‑up environments with a “builder mindset.” Strong ownership mentality and ability to work effectively in lean teams. Focus on clarity, delivery, and execution over theoretical credentials. Work setup: Hybrid: 2-3x onsite per Month Mid shift, Alabang, Muntinlupa #J-18808-Ljbffr
