Overview
The position is responsible for acting as a bridge between technical and sales departments, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and are feasible in implementation.

Job Requirements- Registered Mechanical Engineer
- With updated driver’s license
- Has at least a year working experience in technical sales for data center construction or general construction
- Understands customer needs and business requirements to design and propose appropriate technical solutions using the company's products and services.
- Lead and deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Scout, develop, and maintain new and key accounts in generating requirements (product/ service) in relation to the Business Unit he/she is part of.
- Work closely with customers to find sales opportunities and propose suitable technical solutions with the available products and service of the company and/or the business unit. Clarify with customer when necessary to resolve unclear requirements.
- Creates sales leads, updates his/her respective pipeline regularly, and follows up on sales opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Engage with prospective customers daily and initiate sales-related activities such as sales visits, product presentations, pre-bidding conferences, negotiations, etc.
- Ensure on-time delivery towards the client’s order fulfillment and meet customer expectations by handling end-to-end inquiries and concerns – covering initial product identification and selection, creating and submitting sales proposals, closing sales opportunities, booking of orders, updating customers on deliveries, possible warranty claims, and coordinating with all departments, including efficient payment collections for cash flow.
- Report presales itinerary weekly (every Friday, 3PM, for every succeeding week).
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports as an administrative requirement (through an established Google Sheet or another approved method).
- Represent the Company in daily affairs and use time during working hours to the best interest of the Company.
- Physically report to MBECI Office twice a week.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management/immediate head from time to time.
