Job Description
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth in the APAC region.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee market analysis and identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients.
  • Ensure alignment between regional goals and global corporate strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities, implementing improvements when needed.
  • Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to optimise business operations and profitability.
  • Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in the industry, specifically in commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics within the APAC region.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in managing large teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A track record of delivering measurable business results in competitive markets.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
