About the job Commercial Finance Supervisor Position: Commercial Finance SupervisorDepartment: FinanceReporting Line: Chief Finance Officer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide analysis of product margin vs multiple benchmarks Identify and implement margin improvement initiatives to assist the CFO to meet or exceed the company's goals. Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions Develop and maintain regularly reporting packages, including monthly/quarterly forecast plans, and customer/order information. Follow up productivity and commercial finance initiatives Alignment and follow up of objectives, reach, and time restrictions with internal stakeholders. KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Problem Solving, Persistence & Belief on the power of the Big Idea to create purposive work; Determined Leadership, perpetual pursuit of purpose and excellence; Articulate to communicate clear thoughts and more importantly, directions; Strategic in its identification of problems, approaches or solutions; TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: Experienced professional in Commercial Finance function, with strong operational experience, ideally has worked in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies and solid working knowledge of general accounting, budgeting and strategic planning.
