We're Hiring: Sr. Sales Specialist – Merchant Offers (Philippines)

A global leader in digital payments and commerce solutions is looking for a Sr. Sales Specialist to join its Merchant Offers Sourcing Center of Excellence. This role will lead offer sourcing and merchant engagement across the Philippine market. The position starts as a 1-month contract with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role, based on performance and business needs.

As part of a fast-paced global Offers team, you'll build and manage a pipeline of top-tier merchants, delivering impactful card-linked and affiliate marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full sales cycle – from identifying and pitching to merchants to onboarding and closing deals

Manage ongoing merchant relationships, content delivery, and billing

Collaborate with merchant aggregators for scalable content sourcing

Align closely with regional and global teams to support new publisher opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in card-linked offers or affiliate marketing

Proven business development and merchant relationship management experience

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Detail-oriented multitasker with strong problem-solving ability

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
