Senior Campaign Specialist

At Amplify, we create and build commercial and audience opportunities for some of Australia and Asia’s biggest online creators through media partnerships, live events, and social commerce to ensure talent growth.

As a Senior Campaign Specialist, your role will be managing and optimizing influencer and creator campaigns for our clients across multiple markets. This position requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can build strong relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and creator agencies. You will be responsible for negotiating deals with influencers, sourcing financial sponsorships, and identifying new media and content opportunities. Additionally, you will lead the strategic development and execution of influencer-driven campaigns, while also taking on leadership responsibilities for multi-market campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop influencer and creator campaigns for brands, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with influencer agencies to broaden our network and enhance collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate and secure deals with influencers ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership in the planning and execution of multi-market campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across diverse regions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to understand market-specific nuances and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Oversee campaign execution to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, platforms, and creator agencies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and serve as a point person for questions and assist in onboarding and training team members, ensuring knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes by leveraging expertise to address complex issues and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas related to the subject matter, tailoring the message as needed.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and CRM management.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives by identifying and capitalizing on new commercial opportunities.
  • Lead client relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve complex client inquiries or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify and spearhead innovative media and content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative analytics and production, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to develop cutting-edge creative opportunities for brands.
