Overview

Drive sales in the assigned region and deliver on quotas for farm machinery and grain equipment. Maintain strong dealer and farmer relationships, including field visits and on-site product demos. Support existing dealer networks while helping identify new market opportunities. Act as the bridge between customers and company, ensuring feedback and issues are relayed to Sales Manager and Aftersales. Work independently in the field, but align with family management’s direction and values. Provide reports on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related course
  • Experience front-line sales experience, preferably in agricultural products or machinery
  • Familiarity with regional farming practices, cooperatives, and equipment needs
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel extensively within assigned region
