Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process analysis and ERP system design across functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.). Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and SOPs. Identify process bottlenecks, pain points, and system gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Manage ERP-related initiatives, including timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Conduct impact assessments and change management activities. Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously seek opportunities for optimization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and process improvement. Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle. Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Proficiency in process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart). Ability to identify and analyze process inefficiencies, pain points, and root causes. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Project Management certification is an advantage.
