Overview

Omni Channel Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist I to join our growing team. This role is key to supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring seamless execution across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Core responsibilities include handling bookkeeping and deduction reporting, managing Amazon shipment processing and reconciliation, optimizing product listings, and analyzing sales and inventory data.
  • Support supply chain strategies by maintaining consistent communication with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Provide regular weekly updates, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist Operations Specialists in day-to-day activities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central is a plus.
Essential Job Function

This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment. The Employee is required to stand, walk, bend, use his/her hand to handle or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time. Frequently standing/sitting/walking up to 8 hours per day. Frequently using hands/arms up to 8 hours per day. Frequently viewing a computer monitor screen up to 8 hours per day.

Daily Tasks
  • Handles general bookkeeping journal entries, monthly deduction reporting, and execution and reconciliation of shipment processing on Amazon.
  • Maintain and optimize current product listings ensuring accurate customer facing information and content on all Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data.
  • Devise creative and effective supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in daily maintenance of our supported brands.
  • Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly.
  • Tracks KPIs and reports on supply chain performance while providing support to Operations Specialists.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the client.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1-year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordinator, Account Management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management)
  • Experience with Shortages, Setting up shipments, and Chargeback
  • Understanding of e-commerce and retail in a virtual environment is not necessary but preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
