In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

  • Managing key relationships and stakeholders across functions with Key customers and partner
  • Turning business, industry development, and customer needs into sales opportunities and proactively identifying and driving new opportunities in untapped markets
  • Develop, execute and maintain customer account plans for all of the responsible accounts
  • Leading and managing commercial projects, driving the project execution with relevant stakeholder/partner, while ensuring our solution meet customer needs and brief
  • Being customer focused on innovative thinking to solve problems and solutions for current and potential customers
  • Work closely with Sales Leader, Regional Marketing, and technical stakeholder

To Succeed You Must Hold

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, chemistry, engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience in Specialty Ingredients Sales or Industry experience from Home and Personal Care; fragrance will be strong advantage
  • Experience in managing Global Key Accounts of FMCG players will be a plus
  • Have a high comfort level interacting with C-level executives and decision markers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Be a strong communicator and a dynamic, pro-active personality
  • Travel is required; may travel up to 40% of the time within the assigned territory
