The Regional Business Manager will work closely with the National Sales Manager to expand our customer base and
achieve sales quotas for the assigned area/region.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a branch (or number of
branches) while taking accountability for reaching sales targets. You should also be able to supervise a team of
salespeople and set profitable goals remotely. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and
exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our Company's success in the long run

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Experience using sales tracking software or tool
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Experience and ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
