Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President & Country Head – Philippines Operations to lead and scale our Makati site of ~1,200 employees. This role is accountable for operational excellence, revenue growth, profitability, and compliance across all Philippine operations.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, this leader is a key member of Imagenet’s global leadership team and will serve as the executive bridge between Philippine operations and U.S. leadership.

• Operational Leadership & Service Delivery: Lead daily operations ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
• Oversee client implementations and campaign success, with flexibility to align with U.S. daytime hours (PH graveyard shift).
• Drive automation, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with U.S. leadership to ensure seamless client engagement and service quality.

• Financial & Strategic Leadership: Own revenue growth and margin delivery for Philippine operations.
• Develop and execute expansion, efficiency, and improvement strategies.
• Ensure alignment with Imagenet’s global business strategy.

• Administrative & Site Management: Oversee HR, Finance, Facilities, and administrative functions in Makati.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor law, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Manage relationships with vendors, landlords, and service providers.

• People & Culture: Build, mentor, and retain a strong leadership team.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, engagement, retention, and compliance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, client-centricity, and operational excellence.

• Compliance & Client Engagement: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other U.S. healthcare standards.
• Lead audits, certifications, and business continuity planning.
• Act as executive point of contact for client escalations, audits, and site visits.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

• 10+ years in BPO/outsourcing/healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in revenue and margin growth.
• Strong U.S. client servicing background, preferably in healthcare or managed care.
• Solid experience managing HR, Finance, Facilities, and administrative functions.

Skills

• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, accounting, and productivity systems.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to drive automation in processes.

• Exceptional fluency in English (verbal & written).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Makati City
• Work Set-up: Onsite
• Flexibility to work U.S. hours (graveyard shift, split shifts if required).

• On-site role based in Makati City with a workforce of ~1,200 employees.
• 40+ hours per week with flexibility for U.S. daytime hours and possible split shifts.
• Combination of operational leadership, client engagement, and office management responsibilities.
