We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to lead comprehensive financial operations across the region. You’ll drive financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and audits—ensuring seamless financial health while supporting strategic growth and regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting and finance functions across multiple regional units

  • Ensure accuracy through monthly financial reviews and MIS reporting

  • Manage fixed asset controls and maintain comprehensive asset registers

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, codes of conduct, and statutory regulations

  • Facilitate financial setups for new regional operations, including banking and system integration (e.g., SAP)

  • Conduct regular audits and surprise checks to enforce process integrity

  • Handle bank reconciliations, timely tax filings, payroll, and employee benefits administration

  • Coordinate fixed asset verification and embassy account reconciliations

  • Lead statutory compliance, audit closures, and tax audits including transfer pricing

  • Manage project budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and vendor negotiations

  • Support shared services with accurate reporting and MIS submissions

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and revenue growth strategies

  • Promote sustainable resource use and uphold health & safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or CFA preferred

  • 5–6+ years’ regional or multi-unit finance experience

  • Strong grasp of financial management systems and regulatory compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
