Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for safeguarding the financial health of the organization through effective budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. This role plays a critical part in strategic planning, risk management, and ensuring that financial practices align with both regulatory standards and the company’s long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts Analyze financial performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making Reporting & Compliance Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and reviews Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships Manage working capital and optimize fund allocation and utilization Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members Oversee daily operations of the finance department Drive continuous improvement and implement financial best practices Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies Ensure robust internal controls are in place and functioning effectively Partner with senior leadership on business planning, investments, and financial strategy Support M&A activities, cost-benefit analyses, and capital expenditure planning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
