We seek a skilled Power BI Senior Developer / Microsoft Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Power BI Developer and Microsoft SME, this role will provide technical leadership in designing and optimizing the reporting and data consumption layer of a large-scale enterprise data platform. The expert will work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring optimal integration with Azure-based data sources. A key part of the role involves guiding best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform. The expert will also play a critical role in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and supporting the platform’s transformation process.
Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations. Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.
• Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in a hybrid Microsoft–Snowflake environment.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting decision-making and implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
