Requirements:

• Must be able to write object-oriented code independently.
• Must be able to write code for Aura and LWC components.
• Must be able to write Visualforce pages and controllers.
• Must have experience writing complex triggers, batch apex, rest API and apex code.
• Must be able to write complex multi join SOQL queries.
• Analyze changes to Salesforce that are often complex, interrelated, and cut across multiple platforms, to fulfil complicated requirements, improve performance and increase product usage.
• Closely partner with business users to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign off on successful implementations of features.
• Maintain a governance model and change management process for Salesforce.
• Use JIRA to create and translate business requirements and their acceptance criteria, manage the backlog of requirements prior to development, and produce user guides for new Salesforce features.
• In partnership with the Product Owner and stakeholders, leverage Agile principles to refine business requirements, define changes to system interfaces and data flows, prioritize work, and either develop changes or oversee their development.
• Provide complete oversight on operational activities related to business continuity and resiliency, as well as problem and incident management activities.

What you will bring:

• Must be able to write independently Apex code for triggers, batch Apex, and REST APIs.
• Must be able to develop and write code for Visualforce pages and Aura/LWC components.
• Academic training – Bachelor or Master Degree in computer programming.
• 2+ years of professional programming experience as a software engineer.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience researching and troubleshooting Salesforce issues and presenting ideas clearly to end-users.
• 2+ years of experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver web-based products on time and on budget.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile processes and delivery.
• 2+ years of deployment pipeline experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication capabilities; ability to work with multiple stakeholders across internal and external vendor teams.
• Experience wrangling complex product development lifecycles from ideation to go-live in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and explain complex systems; able to drive clarity and deliver with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in data- and process-driven environments; ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects related to technical products.
• Ability to function independently while maintaining clear communication with junior and senior management.
• Experience integrating external applications with the Salesforce platform.
• Working knowledge of source control tools like Git.
• Mockup and/or wireframing experience for UI design.
• Experience with cloud service platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• Agile mindset with a disposition toward remediating issues quickly.

The Salesforce developer is responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining a variety of features and functionalities in the Salesforce system of record for program and product initiatives. You will work on projects that impact the highest priorities of our technology roadmap and the business, collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams to deliver results that move the needle at the organizational level and impact company-wide goals. This role requires a thirst for continuous learning, action-oriented analysis, thoughtful documentation, a can-do attitude, and a focus on cultivating relationships with internal partners.
